You can make the regular sized cupcakes too, inly it will take about 5 more minutes to fully bake in the oven. I like my cupcakes plain, but you can definitely frost it with any desired flavour. . 3/4 cup oil 1/2 cup buttermilk 2 small eggs 1/2 cup coffe 1 ts vanilla 3/4 cup flour 1/2 ts baking soda Pinch of salt 1/2 cup sugar 3 tbs cocoa powder 2 tbs chocolate shavings (optional) . Mix all the wet ingredients in a bowl. Mix all the dry ingredients in another bowl. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix until well combined. Spoon the mixture into the mini cupcake cases and bake for 13 mins in a preheated oven at 180. . كب كيك بالشوكلاته . الكمية دي تعمل حدود ٣٦ كب كيك من المقاس الصغير، ممكن تعملوها بالمقاس المعتاد بس حتاخد تقريباً ٥ دقايق اضافيه في الفرن. انا اعملها بدون اي فروستنق على الوجه بس انتو ممكن تعملوا النكهه الي تحبوها. . ٣/٤ كوب زيت ١/٢ كوب لبن رائب ١/٢ كوب قهوه ١ م ص ڤانيلا ٢ بيضة صغيره ٣/٤ كوب دقيق ١/٢ كوب سكر ١/٢ م ص بيكنج صودا رشة ملح ٣ م ك بودرة كاكاو ٢ م ك شوكلاته مبشوره (اختياري) . نخلط المقادير الجافه في زبديه. نخلط المقادير السائله في زبديه اخرى. نضيف المقادير الجافه للسائله ونخلط حتى نحصل على خليط متجانس. نصبها في قوالب الكب كيك ونخبز في فرن مسبق التسخين على حراره ١٨٠ ل١٣ دقيقه.
